Dana has over 10 years experience as a fitness professional with expertise in tailoring each program to each client’s movement and nutrition goals.  Dana takes a holistic approach to functional movement and diet.  She specializes in helping clients modify their behavior and thereby make lasting changes that stick. As both a personal trainer and a holistic health coach Dana can help you to feel better, be healthier, and increase your energy and confidence levels.
